Claude LaBaw

With over 40 rehabilitation and renovation projects under his belt, Claude is a dedicated and versatile property expert. Always willing to go the extra mile and never too busy to help, he has been invaluable in the areas of property management, land advisory, eviction process, turnovers, and more.

Ginny LaBaw

Ginny’s cordiality, proactive attitude, and organizational skills have propelled investors, landlords, and tenants to new heights of success and satisfaction. Always with a friendly smile and easy to talk with, she is a seasoned problem solver and has seamlessly managed apartment complexes with upwards of 100 units.

Lynna Dyer

Lynna Dyer. our daughter and Licensed Property Manager, has a dynamic “do it now” attitude. Lynna is Director and Manager of all our social media and electronic marketing strategies. Lynna brings (15) years of management and networking skills to the table plus a willingness to keep My Favorite Property Managers on the cutting edge with time saving tools for Owners and Tenants.

Steve Dyer

Steve Dyer, our son-in-law keeps us “real”. Steve works with the “Addictions Recovery Center” directing their Food Service program for large groups on a daily basis. His willingness to share his skill at “listening” has given him a perspective which is invaluable in dealing with day to day needs of tenants and owners. Every company needs a “Steve”, we are blessed he is a part of our team.
